in the Czeck republic it is not a crime to possess "Custard",or smoke in public places(im farely certain
of this-I could be wrong,but the cops would never do a thing to stop it in my experience-they always
leave you well alone>:)
so most bars except the ones in the centre are smoking zones,everybody is smoking and drinking openly
all day long.
selling custard is illegal,
but there are alot of bars who sell it under the counter.
the best custard is from a bar called Shotgun.
not a nice place at all,it seems to be a kind of a skinhead bar,but the skins there are so stoned
that they are no trouble,learn how to ask for custard in Czeck and ask at the bar,but make sure you buy
a drink before you ask.
also try guru
not as good custard but a friendlyer place.
ask downstairs at the bar-NOT UPSTAIRS-
Guru and Shotgun are in Zizkov
a good place.
Don't f**k about in herna bars-they are owned by Russian mafia.
and if you ever eat from a hotdog stand in wenseslas square-check your change.
i'm more into quieter bars just to smoke and play table football.
a busy but good bar is Uzest-cant spell it-its pronounced-uyest-near the tram stop of the same name.

there is also a reggea bar also in Zizkov called Zion and opposite is a small basement hip~hop bar
that you get to by walking thru the skate clothes shop-but its only open in the day/

i suggest going in the summer,
there are so many nice outdoor things when its warm,outdoor cinemas in the park,great beer gardens
and a bandstand with live music in a field on the hill in Zizkov.
The girls are beautiful|(some look a bit demented-but still better than the english girls>:)
beer is about 40p a pint "OH BUDDY ITS GREAT STUFF!"
and in the summer try hitchiking to one of ther festivals in the country side on a weekend
